Description Works under the direction of the RN, advanced practice providers and physicians to provide care to patients using the full scope of practice of an Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse. Completely understands the LPN scope of practice in Ohio including; observing patients' health status, collecting social and biological information related to patients' health, communicating with the RN, APP and physician, completing delegated tasks as appropriate. The LPN may administer medications and IV therapy as directed by the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Proficient in computer systems and in oral and written communication skills.
