Description The Store room supervisor assist the Manager by setting day-to-day priorities and scheduling work in the storeroom. The Supervisor is aware of the maintenance schedule, staffing levels, and emergency issues. Balancing the available resources to best meet the customer's needs in a cost effective manner. Serving as a technical resource for their fellow storeroom employees who are trouble shooting a parts problem. The supervisor provides input along with the manager for performance appraisals. The supervisor also performs as a skilled storekeeper in the issuing, inventory, and receiving of parts for use at the KILN Location and Outbase operations. Also required to assist with equipment maintenance, facility maintenance and property maintenance parts issues as needed. providing guidance and serving as a mentor to less experienced storekeepers. In addition will inspect and oversee all work performed in absence of manager and maintain excellent communication with all levels of the organization. Must be willing to work flexible shifts accept indoor and outdoor work assignments Practice and model safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. acting as a liaison between LGSTX and Contractors for parts and equipment required to do so in keeping with our value of providing excellence in customer service; complete all parts room documentation consistent with carrier, station , airport authority, municipal, state and federal requirements.
