Overview: Intune Engineer: Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Director of Solution Engineering, the Solution Engineer provides technical consulting to the TSO team and customers as required for technical issues or questions on product use and advanced technical products that occur during design and testing sessions. The Solution Engineer is the primary technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) involved in provisioning tools that the TIDC provides to our customers. The Solution Engineer assists the pre-sales team if any additional product expertise is required during the sales cycle. The Engineer provides consulting services to our customers such as health checks, system build and enhancements. If a customer is looking for a better way to manage their warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, or secure their data, we make it happen.
