Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team. This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will provide technical support to end users, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage user accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for end users with a positive and collaborative attitude.

• Administer and provide support for Office 365.

• Handle and configure hardware such as printers, laptops, and other peripherals.

• Actively engage in client-facing activity with assurance and professionalism.

• Manage and troubleshoot various technologies including Solarwinds, Kaseya RMM, and hardware support for headsets, docks, monitors, etc.

• Handle Office 365 administration and support, including user management, exchange management, and Intune device management.

• Provide support for Windows 10 and 11, including basic to advanced troubleshooting for drivers and OS corruption.

• Support mobile devices, including iOS troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, and management of Verizon/T-Mobile portal.

• Utilize skills in patch management, PowerShell, the 8x8 phone system, Azure Cloud Resources, and other relevant technologies.

• Troubleshoot and manage network hardware and software, including LAN/WAN, routers, WIFI (WAPS), firewalls, switches, VPN, SDWAN, access points, Citrix, VoIP, etc.

Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory is necessary for this role.

• Experience with Apple Devices is required.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is a crucial requirement.

• Familiarity with Configuration Management is needed.

• Ability to handle Deployments is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 is a must.

• Experience with Azure Active Directory will be beneficial.

• Familiarity with Windows 11 is required.

• Knowledge of MS Windows 10 is necessary for this role.

• Ability to work with Windows Intune is a crucial requirement.
