Humana Workforce Management Representative 3 in Wilmington, North Carolina

The Workforce Management Representative 3 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). Helping to aid and apply additional management to our internal dialer platform that is built on Convoso dialer for call centers. The Workforce Management Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

The Workforce Management Representative 3 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. Additionally, will help be responsible on upkeep of dialer call queues and platform agent management. This will include readout and reporting of call dispositions and call center metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Workforce Management experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS office products

  • Effective communication skills

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher

  • Leadership experience

  • Call Center Experience

  • Convoso Dialer Management Skills

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$40,200 - $55,200 per year
