Adecco US, Inc. HP Digital Press Operator in Wilmington, Massachusetts

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Wilmington, MA. We are looking for an experienced Digital Press Operator. This is a direct hire opportunity on 3rd shift.

Pay Rate Range: $25 - $28 DOE

Schedule(s)/Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:55 PM - 2:00AM

Position Title: HP Digital Press Operator

Responsibilities Include:

· Operate HP 6000 Web Press digital print technologies

· Provide color management support on every project

· Work collaboratively with you production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers

· Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management

· Learn our business through filling the needs of our customers

Qualifications Include:

· Required: High school education

· Required: 2+ years related experience

· Preferred: Certified Operator

· Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks

· A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems

· Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep

· projects running smoothly and efficiently

· Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)

· Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects

· Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people

· and personalities

· Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the

· inquiries of internal customers

· Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
