Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working with a distribution company in the Wilmington area seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join its team. This is a full-time opportunity and reports to the Credit Manager. This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Receivable professional with 1+ year of experience looking for their next step.

Our client is looking for strong Excel skills and fantastic vendor relations and customer service skills. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and the desired candidate needs to be able to make quick decisions.

For the right candidate our client will offer a base salary up to $52,000 + bonus. There are competitive benefits offered as well.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Knowledge of Cash Applications

• Prior experience in Cash Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proven analytical skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and best practices

• High degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
