JPMorgan Chase VP, Program Manager - Privacy Data Risk Team in Wilmington, Delaware
The CCB Privacy Data Risk Team is responsible for managing various aspects of data privacy for the Consumer and Community Banking line of business, including the tools and services to support compliance with existing and future privacy legislation (e.g. General Data Protection Regulation, California Consumer Privacy Act), and the education of consumers (both customer and non-customer).
The CCB Privacy Data Risk Team is dedicated to providing consistent vision and strategy for data privacy across CCB and maintain alignment with global privacy requirements which are raising the bar for the collection and processing of personal information (PI) of consumers.
The Program Manager will be responsible for all data privacy areas under the CCB Privacy Data Risk team. This will include management of budget, roadmap tracking, metrics, OKRs, managing the offshore reporting team, coordinating and managing interactions with Legal and Compliance related to regulation and issues, and serve as a voice for privacy when CCB Privacy Executive is not available. The role requires high collaboration across LOBs, Data Management, Legal and Compliance.
Managing the overall Privacy Data Risk program
Serving as program representative for Privacy Data Risk as needed
Driving the Data Privacy Program to ensure alignment with firm-wide deliverables and goals
Collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams on relevant privacy topics
Manage the roadmap communication for the Privacy Data Risk program
Financial management of budget, technology headcount, forecast and reconciliation
Responsible for overall Privacy metrics, including OKRs and reporting (will manage offshore matrix reporting)
Matrix manage with LOB Leads on key privacy initiatives across the firm
Track and leverage team to update all privacy deliverable, such as status reporting, policies and standards
3+ years with large multiple-LOB firm level program management and key project initiatives
Experience in communication at the highest levels of the organization and government channels
Ability to lead initiatives/change across a large, complex, geographically diverse environment
Proven ability in developing relationships with stakeholders, communicating project/program status, and understanding detailed business requirements across multiple project initiatives
Familiarity with PII and data management concepts (experience with GDPR & CCPA a plus)
Advanced knowledge of Risk and Controls, Legal & Compliance landscapes, ensuring company-wide standards are met
Must be strong in Power Point and executive delivery
Experience with complex data and technical concepts and working with technical staff as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
Capable of navigating in dynamic and complex organization environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts and the rationale behind your data decisions across large executive audiences
