JPMorgan Chase Sr. Associate - Cross-Channel Acquisitions Strategy and Innovation for Freedom and Slate in Wilmington, Delaware

Sr. Associate - Cross-Channel Acquisitions Strategy and Innovation for Freedom and Slate. This person will be responsible for leading key initiatives to grow Freedom and Slate market share across multiple channels. Examples would include leading the Near Prime expansion strategy, high value customer cross sell strategy as well as new capability development like counter offers and up-sell and down-sell. The person will create a multi-year roadmap with clear deliverables comprising of a combination of new capabilities, processes and channels.


This person will be responsible for the end to end strategy creation as well as creation of new processes/capabilities to support the new acquisition strategic initiatives. This will require strong collaboration across different cross functional teams such as Consumer Bank, Acquisitions Center of Excellence, Finance, Agility teams and Branding.


  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in strong analytical and strategic positions

  • Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills

  • Superior organizational and process skills,

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

  • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
