We are searching for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team. We are looking for someone that want to know the WHY behind change. Must be detail oriented and a self-starter. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written from are a must. This role is perfect for you if you have an existing understanding of credit cards and TSYS data

responsibilities:

Data Extraction & Transformation: Manipulate data from large, complex data sources, turning it into actionable insights that drive business decisions

Data Visualization: Build and maintain interactive data visualizations, dashboards, and operational scorecards (Tableau required) to support business operations and performance improvements

-

Automation Focus: Identify opportunities to streamline, scale, and automate tools and processes, putting data insights directly into the hands of business users

-

Data Governance & Control: Develop and maintain control artifacts such as metadata dictionaries, process flows, and control points. Assist in the creation of data models and ensure the validation and reconciliation of data

-

Collaborate closely with business units to understand information needs, providing high-quality, actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions

-

Conduct ad hoc analysis using data from various sources to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains

-

Communication: Present data-driven insights to executives, clearly walking through the business impact of findings
