Robert Half Product Marketing Manager in Wilmington, Delaware

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager in Wilmington, Delaware. The role involves conducting market research, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to drive brand awareness in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that effectively differentiate our products in the market.

• Collaborate with the sales and commercial team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

• Assist in both outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development, optimization, advertising, and event planning.

• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

• Develop compelling consumer communications and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and performance.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing strategies such as SEO and Social Media.

• Utilize marketing data analytics and tools to optimize campaign performance.

• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned, ensuring all activities align with the overall business objectives.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or related field.

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Demonstrated skills in Database management.

• Expertise in EO/IR systems.

• Proficient in Facebook Insights for effective social media campaigns.

• Proven ability to develop and promote Brand Awareness.

• Experience in managing Budget Processes.

• Capable of effective Campaign Planning and execution.

• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Innovation starts with people.®
