Delaware Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) / Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the Delaware State Bar.

• 2 or more years of experience practicing litigation law, preferably in a law firm setting.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
