Job Description
The Pharma Solutions business will be taking on its next chapter of growth as a trusted partner for the
pharmaceutical industry with the announcement to sell Pharma Solutions to Roquette. This move will position Pharma Solutions to expand its industry leadership through continued investment in innovation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and developers worldwide.
The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Pharma Solutions business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to Roquette. Business/Financial analyst role working with the Pharma commercial team and Pharma functional leaders (i.e. R&D, marketing) providing financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning/modeling reporting up to the VP of Finance – Pharma
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial reporting/dashboards and analytics for sales (price, volume and fx)
Expense reporting, tracking and analysis.
Support commercial leaders and pull together monthly sales forecasts and prepare annual budget.
Support function leaders in annual expense budget cycle
New customer and product win sales tracking
Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business performance.
Adhoc analyses and projects
Job Requirements
BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting
3-5 years finance experience
Experience in managerial/business finance analyzing volumes and revenue.
Communication & Presentation Skills
Ability to analyze data.
Preferred Experience:
Strong analytical and technical skills
Expense management experience
Experience in the chemical industry
