JPMorgan Chase Chief Data Office Critical Programs Lead - Vice President in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Critical Program Reporting Lead in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Chief Data Office, you will oversee established CCB Critical Programs and manage relationships across the CCB Sub-Lines of Business and Sub-Functions. You will partner closely with Data Owners, Process Owners, and Control Owners to understand and oversee process changes to align with more consistency, sustainability, and accountability across the environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy to bring the CCB Critical Programs in line with the CCB 16-Step Data Governance program.

  • Foster engagement with Data Owners, Process Owners, and Control Owners.

  • Perform end-to-end process overviews to ensure comprehensive oversight and identify vulnerabilities, thereby safeguarding data integrity and supporting robust governance structures.

  • Create process flows and timelines.

  • Engineer solutions for consistency across the CCB Sub-Lines of Business and Sub-Functions, and partner with the appropriate parties to implement such solutions.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders responsible for submitting data to Regulators, Compliance, or other Critical Programs.

  • Develop subject matter expertise in the operational and technical controls in place for the data being submitted.

  • Maintain documentation evergreen to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information, supporting compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and minimizing risk by providing clear, current guidelines.

  • Partner with accountable stakeholders to review and understand the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data across the CCB Critical Programs.

  • Report on the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data across the CCB Critical Programs.

  • Provide governance oversight to CCB Sub-LOBs and Functional areas for Data Modernization and Cloud Migration impacts to their Critical Programs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or analytics reporting discipline or related equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a major financial services organization; minimum of 3 years of experience in any of the following disciplines. Controls, Governance Reporting, Data Management, Data Governance, Process Analysis/Improvement, Project Management.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to writing formulas, pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience presenting to Senior management.

  • Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable writing procedure documentation.

  • Team player with good communication skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Minimal direction required. Be a self-starter who isn't afraid to think outside the box to provide effective solutions to solve problems independently.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience building Alteryx workflows.

  • Experience creating Tableau dashboards.
