Job Summary: As a Program Manager you will develop the annual program budget and manage the day-to-day financial administration (revenue/expenses, accounts payable/receivable, staff payroll), assure accurate maintenance and reporting of all financial data and staff records and secure and maintain funding; write and submit grant proposals. You will oversee program development and implementation, manage quality of programs and assurance of client satisfaction and coordinate and plan with program staff to provide services. You will maintain and monitor a multifaceted database and compile demographic and outcome information for internal and external reports on service, statistics and financial data. You will provide work direction, supervision, training and support to program staff and volunteers, oversee client group facilitation and provide direct client services and case management. You will develop marketing tools (brochure, newsletter, flyers) for existing and new programming, establish and maintain relationships with funders, stakeholders and community organizations, network with providers of similar services and promote/represent the program in the community. Job Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service field or a combination of education and experience totaling four years. Four years of experience working with a similar clientele with at least one of those years in a supervisory capacity. A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check. Computer literate. Strong written and oral communication and problem solving skills. Ability to research and write: must develop topics and programs that meet the needs of youth and serve to educate the public about the main issues of this population. Able to demonstrate professional boundaries. Able to draw on organizational and interpersonal skills to assure continuous cooperative working relations and open communication among collaborating partners. Group facilitation skills.
