WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of task related to production, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role will require collaboration with other team members to ensure a consistent high level of quality and productivity.
Maintains and services a manufacturing facility mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems.
Performs preventative maintenance and routine repairs to systems and equipment
Conducts periodic safety and maintenance inspections to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and damage
Use technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to install, troubleshoot, fabricate guarding, racks, tables, lifts throughout facility
Order parts needed to replacement and coordinates with service providers to complete maintenance tasks
Use work orders to track and document activities
Follow established safety procedures and regulations for hazardous materials handling
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent; 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in general maintenance, including knowledge of hydraulic pumps, foam equipment, pneumatic equipment, chillers, and air compressors
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations
Familiarity with basic computer programs for record keeping
