Maintenance worker needed possible Temp to Hire to help with turning apartment units and maintenance requests
Maintains and repairs equipment and Apartments
- Light plumbing, electrical, or perform general carpentry tasks.
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Repair minor issues
- Landscaping outside work, mowing, Snow Shoveling
- Landscape equipment knowledge/operation, interior/exterior painting
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Pay Rate $18.00/hr
