Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager in Williamsville, New York. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with residents, manage the maintenance crew, and oversee various administrative tasks relevant to the Senior property management industry. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors. • Oversee the maintenance crew, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner. • Prepare and distribute work orders to the maintenance crew and contractors. • Conduct interviews with residents to verify income and assets. • Utilize OneSite software to maintain accurate records of resident information and property management tasks. • Implement administrative experience and skills to maintain efficient office operations. • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations in the senior housing sector. • Continually monitor resident accounts and take the necessary actions based on each situation. • Foster positive vendor relations to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the property.

Requirements

• Applicants that possess experience in Senior Property Management will be a plus. • Proficiency in OneSite software is a plus • Candidates should have previous Administrative experience • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Familiarity with property management regulations and laws • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent customer service skills • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and emergencies in a timely manner.
