Responsibilities

Ascension St Vincent Williamsport is seeking an BC/BE Internal Medicine physician who is interested in joining established outpatient practice in rural Williamsport and Veedersburg, Indiana. Very progressive rural medicine practice with subspecialty support. Responsibilities include hospital rounding.

• NHSC approved facility

• Join 3 Physicians

• Monday-Friday 9-5pm

• Weekend call every 6 weekend for inpatient rounds only

• Low turnover rate for medical staff

• Good work/life balance

• Excellent and stable support staff with a low turnover rate

• Average approx. 25 patients per day

• EMR: Athena in the clinic, Allscripts in the hospital

• Patient base consists of new and existing adolescent through geriatric patients

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
