Description and Requirements
The Storage Supplier Quality Management Engineer responsible to drive storage parts suppliers’ quality continuously being improved.
New SSD Supplier and technology survey as well as work with x-function team for new suppliers’ qualification.
Set up design quality requirement in design phase such as verification item, DFx, DFMEA, reliability criteria etc. follow/monitor quality procedure will be executed in development phase.
Work with RD team to do risk assessment and implement mitigation plan during NPI phase.
To do quality management during life cycle. Implement the BMS with SSD suppliers to make sure all performance can meet requirements. Including regular performance monitor, factory audit, PCN/EOL management etc.
Quality issue handling including driving root cause analysis, corrective action, affective range, risk assessment etc.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering related
7+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor assembly area, additional fab knowledge / experience is better. Alternative background in inductor, resistor, capacitor will also be considered as candidate
Comprehensive knowledge about ISO9000 quality system and other ISO standard such as ISO14001 etc.
Strong factory audit skill and familiar with quality system, IEC, JEDEC standard etc.
Strong quality statistical tools background such as FMEA, SPC etc, additional data science knowledge/experience is better.
Good communication skill (Oral and written) for both English and Chinese.
