In our finance department within Commercial Pharma at the Wiesbaden site, you will be working in a team of talented people and experienced management experts. Through valuable analyses and research efforts, you will be laying down benchmarks and shaping the future of our brand.

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Commercial, Pricing, Finance, Market Access, Market Analytics, and Business Insight teams to address a variety of business challenges. You will play a crucial role in brand positioning and strategy, providing solutions through analytical problem-solving.

  • As a highly exposed position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, including the Local GM, Local Business Unit Director, Management team, and Headquarter Commercial Director. You will navigate through a complex Matrix Organization, adapting your communication style to effectively manage stakeholders.

  • Your responsibilities will include brand financial planning, both sales and expenses, resulting in a solid Brand P&L forecast. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly actual results and rolling forecast estimates to local and international management.

  • Additionally, you will play a key role in planning accurate brand sales and expenses projections for Budget, Rolling Forecast, and Strategic Long-Term Plans. Your ability to use sound analytical assumptions and effectively communicate rationale and methodology will be crucial in this role.

  • In this role, you will have a holistic view of the Brand Team, making connections in Marketing, Regulatory, Demand & Stock Management, Market Access, and Business Analytics. You will provide strategic partnering and resource allocation insights for the Brand Teams and actively contribute insights and challenges for Brand-related activities.

Qualifications

This is how you can make a difference:

  • University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree will be preferred

  • at least 3-5 years of professional experience; pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus

  • a solid experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis

  • strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

  • innovative mindset, self-reliant way of working and very accountable

  • strong interpersonal skills to effectively work in a complex matrix organization and with all levels of management

  • excellent German and English skills
