The Inside Sales Account Manager (d/f/m) is responsible for represent Cytiva and to function as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for Bioprocess customer segments.
This position reports to the Regional Bioprocess Sales Leader and is part of the Central Bioprocess Sales Team and will be fully remote in Germany.
What you will do:
With scientific expertise and strong business acumen, you conduct professional sales calls via telephone to drive profitable sales growth
Respond to customer inquiries
Use Salesforce.com to track activities, gather customer information, and cultivate opportunities
Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop account-specific strategies
Develop proposal, generate quote, negotiate with customer stakeholders and finalize product specifications
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry) or Business, or equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient organizational skills to follow up and close opportunities to establish strong customer relationships
Experience with digital prospecting tools and inbound lead qualification
Fluently German and English language skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – around 20% travel, including customer visits, field travel for development, and team meetings
