Job Title: Technician

Job Description

Contractors will be conducting general labor work all the way up to finishing. This includes all duties tied with pouring concrete, putting the forms up, and finishing. Responsibilities involve site prep, rebar, minimal forms and pouring. Use of a bull float and power concrete screed is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general labor work from start to finish

• Handle all duties related to pouring concrete, setting up forms, and finishing

• Perform site preparation, rebar placement, and minimal form setup

• Operate a bull float and power concrete screed

• Work with hand and power tools, including tape measures and machine operation

• Perform heavy lifting as required

Essential Skills

• Experience with concrete finishing and construction

• Proficiency in concrete pouring, form setting, and finishing

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

• Experience with flatwork, concrete slabs, and paving

• Comfortable with traveling to and from job sites daily

• Minimum 4 years of experience in flat concrete finishing

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in both commercial and residential concrete construction

• Carpentry skills

• Experience with concrete form setting and concrete construction

• Ability to perform general labor and machine operation

Work Environment

Each work environment is different, as job sites change frequently. Candidates will meet the team on site unless it involves lengthy travel outside the valley. Projects are primarily new build custom mansion homes, with some commercial work. Every pour is different and complex, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wickenburg, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
