Job Title: SchedulerJob Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Work in concert with shop build teams to ensure parts are completed and delivered to POU ahead of schedule. 2. Attend meetings and coordinate experimental activities closely with Experimental/Supply Chain and Engineering. 3. Work independently and be responsible for good decision making. 4. Establish and manage priorities on experimental production orders based on tool/schedule need dates. Work with experimental manufacturing to ensure priorities are aligned with capacity and adjust as needed. Maintain tool shortage reports and reconcile all shortages accordingly. 5. Collaborate with experimental functional areas such as SCM, engineering, program management, and flight test to identify design changes, late parts, or other issues. Take appropriate action to reconcile and limit risk to the build. Attend meetings as requested to coordinate risk items. 6. Communicate with the hot parts team to get ECDs on critical parts. Work with build teams to communicate risk and potential contingency plans. 7. Work with the planning team to communicate scrap parts, changes in planning needed, and reorders. Analyze material and part shortage lists to determine impact on schedules and capacity of the assigned area. 8. Run SAP shopping cart to issue pick lists to the crib when the shop is ready for parts to be pulled and delivered to POU. Perform all necessary SAP transactions to keep SAP record keeping accurate. 9. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This is a fully on-site position in WICHITA, Kansas.

Work Environment

Will be working in a side office for 80% of the time. At other points through the day, the candidate will go onto the shop floor to work with leads and ensure parts are arriving according to schedule. Team size: 6. Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime.
