Essential Role:The Resource Development Coordinator will be an integral member of the Development team, assisting in an administrative position to help ensure the overall success of the team.\ \ Assisting and reporting to the Director of Resource Development, this position will primarily be responsible for tracking the dollars raised and ensuring donors are properly and timely acknowledged. The position will also assist in coordinating all other projects and activities such as assisting with securing financial support through grants and philanthropy from government entities, private and public foundations, corporations, individuals and families, churches and associations, and other appropriate sources to support GraceMeds operations and programs.\ \ This position will also represent GraceMeds mission with integrity and passion to the community and to GraceMeds staff.\ \ Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage donation tracking, reporting, and acknowledgments.
• Understand grant funding sources well enough to assist in seeking and identifying funding opportunities for GraceMed programs and operations.
• Work directly with the supervisor to manage project workflow and oversee day to day milestones for projects.
• Assist with coordinating event(s) logistics and assist with sponsorships to ensure success and fundraising goals are met.
• Assists in the development and submission of grant applications/funding requests, including the gathering of documents and information needed.
• Assists in grant reporting to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Performs other duties as required to assist GraceMed in achieving its mission.
