What are your contributions to the team?
Support Project Engineering and Integration focal for a challenging missionized aircraft program
Support Project Engineering representative(s) with respect to their assigned Programs
Support creation of schedules, milestones, and budgets for technical activities
Help monitor tasks to achieve project objectives; from technical activities to estimating levels of effort, to schedule tasks and their interdependencies
Support team in monitoring of financials to achieve project targets
Aid in the monitoring of all technical activities and delivery of all contract requirements are done as per the schedule
Help Coordinate engineering resources to execute on the plan as well as identifying risks and facilitating the resolution of issues
Assist in drafting/sending communications with stakeholders (customer, management, team, resources, supplier) such that there is solid alignment and coordination
Help maintain schedule(s), facilitate and coordinate key milestones activities in support of program/project (internal and external)
How to thrive in this role?
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
You possess a basic understanding in aircraft development environment from conceptual design to aircraft certification, including preferably relevant experience in a flight test environment (preferred);
You strive to develop strong leadership and communication skills such that you are able to communicate, align and influence stakeholders;
You strive to develop strong communication skills to ensure clear consistent and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas;
You must have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel to assist in the generation of presentations
You have entry level skills in MS Projects;
You pride yourself in being self-sufficient, and detail-oriented
Desire honing and working on problem-solving skills
Respects timelines and can manage multiple projects
Brings creativity, passion and enthusiasm to all assignments
Likes challenges and demonstrates initiative
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Enjoys teamwork and wants to develop strong interpersonal relationships
