We are looking for an outstanding individual who oversees the day to day operations of the residence. TheNursingHome Administratoris responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments.

TheNursing Home Administratorwe select must have demonstrated success in a leadership role within a senior living community including exceeding financial and operational goals.

Other requirements for the Nursing Home Administrator include:

  • Nursing Home Administrator License
  • Experience with budgeting and scheduling
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in aoperations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing Facility or Memory Care community is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
