Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Complete understanding and the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Full knowledge of industry practices to maintain configuration control.
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents, processes and procedures.
Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of the assignment.
Plans schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.
Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long range goals of the organization.
Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect on the administration of the organization.
Represents the organization as a prime contact. Interacts and presents to senior leadership.
Coordinates with a variety of other organizations.
Must be willing to work in the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 6-9 years of Manufacturing Engineering/planning experience with a bachelors degree or 4-7 years of experience with a masters.
Strong to excellent SAP knowledge
Strong to excellent general computing skills.
This individual needs to be a self-starter who can eventually take a project from start to finish and has a willingness to work with all disciplines to accomplish a goal.
