Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Complete understanding and the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

  • Full knowledge of industry practices to maintain configuration control.

  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents, processes and procedures.

  • Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of the assignment.

  • Plans schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.

  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long range goals of the organization.

  • Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect on the administration of the organization.

  • Represents the organization as a prime contact. Interacts and presents to senior leadership.

  • Coordinates with a variety of other organizations.

  • Must be willing to work in the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 6-9 years of Manufacturing Engineering/planning experience with a bachelors degree or 4-7 years of experience with a masters.

  • Strong to excellent SAP knowledge

  • Strong to excellent general computing skills.

  • This individual needs to be a self-starter who can eventually take a project from start to finish and has a willingness to work with all disciplines to accomplish a goal.
