Continental Siding is currently looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a long-term career, with the market\'s top home improvement company.

Job Purpose: Your duties as the In Field Marketing Manager will be overseeing In Field Marketing Promoter duties, Home Shows, and Customer Reviews.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage In Field team to achieve Lead goals set by the company
  • Scheduling weekly objectives for the team by utilizing tools, and systems provided
  • Hold daily and weekly meetings with the Team to review objectives
  • Locating and scheduling staff for all events
  • Generate Leads and assist Team with generating leads
  • Hold team members accountable for all objectives set
  • Other duties as assigned

\ Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hiring and training new people, managing their schedules, and making them successful by accomplishing goals set in place.

Hours:The schedule includes work in the evenings and

weekends!

Pay:Hourly, plus bonus

\ Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEPossess a high school diploma or equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Able to read and interpret documents such as operating procedure manuals. Able to speak English clearly and with proper grammar and diction. Able to speak effectively in group settings.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to compute ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY Able to apply common sense understanding in a variety of situations to assure customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLSProficiency with using PC hardware (keyboard, monitor, system unit, mouse, cables) and office automation-related software (windows, MS Office applications, email, printing) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
