Job Summary: Maintains a clean and orderly facility by ensuring waste baskets are emptied, surfaces are dusted, floors are clean and swept, and bathrooms are cleaned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Empties all waste baskets and trash containers at least weekly throughout facility.
2. Dusts all furniture and office equipment on a regular basis throughout facility.
3. Vacuums all carpeted areas in office areas weekly throughout facility.
4. Sweeps, scrubs, strips, waxes, and polishes floors as needed.
5. Cleans rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies as needed.
6. Polishes metal work on a monthly basis.
7. Cleans mens and womens bathrooms including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and emptying waste baskets at least weekly.
8. Replenishes bathroom supplies as needed.
9. Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
10. Washes windows, door panels, and sills as needed.
11. Replaces light bulbs as needed.
12. Maintains exterior of property, including mowing, weed control, and sweeping concrete areas, as assigned.

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2. Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed.
3. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
4. Exhibits dependability, including following instructions; responding to supervisors direction; and taking responsibility for own actions.
5. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted
6. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; and work within deadlines.
