Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful leadership and management of Executive Education and the Center for Management Development. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships and partnerships with others, both internally and externally. Develops and manages the delivery of executive and management education programs. Establishes program goals and objectives and continually evaluates the effectiveness of such programs.
Essential Functions
- - Develops and implements the vision and strategic plan to guide Executive Education and theCMD. - Identifies potential new clients and establishes relationships. Works closely with existing external clients to assess their needs for training and development. - Develops and maintains data and analytical routines to evaluate program success, quality and customer satisfaction and to identify needs for new programs. - Maintains close contact with Deans and other leaders of the University; works with other colleges and professional organizations nation wide to monitor national training and development trends. - Collaborates with Finance relative to the financial administration and integrity of the Center. - Recruits presenters and ensures effective development and presentation.
