This role serves as a crucial point of contact between clients and service technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Organize, distribute, and verify the work of service technicians.
  • Schedule service calls and coordinate installation appointments.
  • Manage parts orders and inventory control.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service technicians to ensure efficient communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to provide an enhanced customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple media channels simultaneously (e.g., phone, computer programs).
  • Strong phone etiquette and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and typing.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay:$16.00
  • Relaxed business casual dress code in an in-house call center environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, onsite. This position does not offer remote work opportunities.
