Under supervision/guidance of the Director of Central Rehabilitation Services and the Program Supervisor of Leisure/Rec programs. The Evening and Weekend Supervisor is responsible for planning/implementing/monitoring activities that includes the "Very Improved Patients"(VIP), Open Square, Monthly Mass Activities, Special Events, Evening and Weekend programming in the 700 building. Assist in development of new ideas, implementation of program schedule and completion of required departmental documentation. The position requires food handlerand#146;s card and meets HHSC standards for driving a state vehicle. The position is responsible for organizing/maintaining appropriate supplies for Special events and evening and weekend programming. The position requires creativity, energy, and flexibility. Evening and Weekend Supervisor is required to complete documentation for programming using RADPlus and established program procedures in order to provide information on attendance, participation and treatment progress. The position has no financial responsibility but is accountable for assigned property. The position will be scheduled to work 40 hours a week and may be flexible. The position is required to demonstrate appropriate role-modeling behaviors for patients/staff in support of the Recovery Model. Access level Health Care Operations.Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned. 1. EJF Complete required documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and established program procedures in order to provide information on attendance and treatment outcomes. 2. EJF Creatively plan with the Program Supervisor of Leisure/Rec programs, facilitate and monitor meaningful Recovery oriented Activities for all leisure programming in Village Square (VIP, Open Square, Special Events, Mass Activities and Evening/Weekend Activities). 3. EJF Evening and Weekend Supervisor will provide leadership and manage the department after 5:00 pm which, he/she will make decisions; solve problems; monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.4.
