Crestwood Manor is seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator (RN) to join our team!

Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Whiting, NJ. We are in search of an experienced Clinic Coordinator (RN) to join our team. At Springpoint, the Clinic Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and developing the overall operations of the Clinic in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and SSL policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Clinic.

  • Manage and supervise the Personal Care Program.

  • Manage and supervise the Medication Management Program.

  • Ensure that annual evaluations of independent living residents are completed for those residents enrolled in the Personal Care Program.

  • Interview prospective residents.

  • Develop an annual budget and monitor monthly expenses/revenue in consultation with the Director of Nursing, Healthcare Administrator and/or Executive Director.

  • Supervise all Clinic staff.

  • Complete annual performance appraisals for all Clinic staff.

  • Ensure that adequate supplies and equipment are maintained to meet the daily needs of the department.

  • Maintain emergency drugs box in Clinic (if applicable).

  • Attend Resident Review Committee meetings.

  • Perform routine checks of emergency equipment.

  • Check and maintain oxygen tanks.

  • Manage new employee drug screen and TB testing.

  • Maintain employee medical records.

  • Coordinate laboratory services.

  • Ensure physician coverage at all required times.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Must possess a current and valid NJ state RN license.

  • At least two years supervisor experience preferred.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 / year
