What You'll Be Doing

• Daily supervision and direction for Ready Mix Concrete production staff and equipment

• Lead and participate in company Health & Safety directives ensuring the safety and well-being of staff along with the safe operation of all company assets

• Continuous improvement for production equipment with proactive maintenance and planning

• Monitoring and maintaining local business budgetary parameters

• Sales and customer service support

What Are We Looking For

• Team player with interest in developing a career as a professional in the Ready Mix and Aggregate Materials supply industry.

• Maintenance and operational experience for both mobile and plant related equipment

• Ability to grow in health and safety leadership

• Strong communicator both up and down, while maintaining clear directives through strategic budgeting

• Safety minded individual with emphasis on continuous improvement of the company policies and procedures

Work Environment

• Moderate paced Ready Mix Concrete facility servicing both rural and local town projects

• Daily management for up to 8 staff members at a meticulously maintained operation including well developed yard, plant, shop and office building

• Operational overview for 2 local Surface Mine Leases for Aggregate Production
