he role of the Data Entry Team Supervisor is to oversee technical aspects of the payroll process, training, and support to Data Entry Team for day-to-day operations and providing leadership and supervision. Serves as a liaison between the billing and accounting teams for the FEA division, the FMS Customer Service and EVV Units; partners closely with IT and FMS Director related to software implementation and stabilization. Collaborates with FMS Director, Associate Director and Customer Service Supervisor on department wide quality improvement, process integration and high-level initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills Level:
Associates Degree in Business, Accounting or related field. Bachelors Degree Preferred
Data Entry or Payroll Processing Experience
Supervisory Experience, 2+ years Preferred
Duties and Essential Functions
- Training and supervision of Data Entry Team, and Data Entry Program Coordinator
- Oversight and issuing of payroll for FMS employers/employees annually (serving thousands of individuals and payrolls exceeding \$1M weekly)
- Maintain knowledge of VDC and Medicaid payroll processing needs
- Research and resolve problem timesheets and budget submissions as needed
- Collaborate with Customer Service and EVV Teams to achieve overall division goals
- Collaborate with Associate Directors to provide input on FMS processes
- Work with FMS Director and Associate Director to develop Data Entry training and training materials
- Responsible for data entry quality control and assurance
- Training and specialized support to Data Entry Specialists
- Provide back-up to the Data Entry Program Coordinator
- Liaison with billing and accounting units
- Liaison with community partners for consumer/participant budget and enrollment
