Westchester Jewish Community Services Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, NNORC in White Plains, New York
Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our NNORC program. This position offers 21 hours per week with flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation range of $37,000-$40,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Providing expert health case management services to identify and support high-risk members within the NNORC.
Addressing the health promotion needs of our more active and independent senior members.
Conducting educational workshops on trending health topics relevant to the senior community.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidate who meet the following qualifications:
A valid NYS RN or LPN license
A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience
A vehicle and driver’s license in order to conduct home visits.
