Job Responsibilities: Perform advanced dimensional and visual inspections for various manufacturing processes Perform inspections using various methods and equipment Complete appropriate quality records within company and GMP guidelines, policies and procedures Performs inspections in support of First Article, Gage R&R, and Process Capability (IQ, OQ, PQ) studies Audits and trains employees in the proper use of inspection equipment and documentation Interprets SPC results Manually operate various precision testing equipment including but not limited to Tool Scope, CMM, and Vision systems Effective organizational, oral and written communication skills to facilitate an effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, and coworkers Recommends changes to quality documentation Complete all other work-related duties as assigned Perform key responsibilities of a Quality Inspector
