Seeking a Mill Machinist in White Bear Lake

Responsibilities

• CNC Setup: Set up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4.

• Manual Lathe Setup: Set up manual Bridgeport electronic Lathe with a digital readout (training provided).

• Custom Machining: Machine custom parts from blueprints, handle program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and machine shutdowns.

• Frequent Setups: Perform 5-10 setups per day.

• Quality Inspection: Inspect parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and thread pins.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of setup experience with Hass Mills.

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, cut lists, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.

• Strong math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

• Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and programming.

• Experience with manual setups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

• Inspect finished parts for flaws and defects.

• Knowledge of how to operate grinders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00

• 401k Match

• PTO (on contract to hire as well!!)

• 7 Days Holiday pay (on contract to hire as well!!)

• 1.5 time on Saturday and double time on Sunday

• Training for pay bumps

• PPE provided
