Ephriam Environmental Consulting Field Service Technician (OJT) in Whistler, Alabama
The Field Technician will be responsible for inspecting drainage ways, waters, creeks and storm conveyances. Will also perform litter control and environmental assessments
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Field Technician will complete required training to fulfill the role of technician and/or become Quality Control Inspector Certified. 2. Input and prepare monitoring reports from all data gathered and investigated during standard, routine and specified site investigations 3. Communicating with supervisor and coworkers providing information as needed electronically, verbally and in writing to facilitate project success. Obtaining information from all relevant sources towards success of company's goals and missions. 4. As needed, meet with all respective clients, companies, consultants and administrations outside the organization whether private, public, government and non-profits to the effectiveness of the company's goals and missions. 5. Organizing, planning and prioritizing work as assigned and developing specific goals as employer deems necessary to complete projects
Qualifications: 1. Valid Driver's License 2. Ability to pass background check 3. Ability to work well with others 4. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Ability to manage completed tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines 7. Some knowledge of Windows 11 based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Education/Requirements 1. High School Diploma (required) 2. College or University related coursework 3. On the Job Training
