Required Skills

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Define project scope goals and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation schedules.

  • Organize and lead project meetings ensuring that all project participants are informed of key milestones progress and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

  • Coordinate with internal teams’ stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of the project.

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members ensuring they know their roles and expectations.

  • Motivate and guide the team providing support and resolving conflicts as necessary.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

  • Monitor resource allocation and optimize the use of available resources adjusting as needed to meet project requirements.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project risks and issues escalating when necessary and implementing corrective actions.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain clear consistent communication with project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status progress and challenges.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

  • Review and confirm work completed by team members and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Project Close-out:

  • Ensure that all project objectives are completed, and deliverables are handed over to the client or stakeholders.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future project processes.
