Description:

Aerotek is hiring for our client located in Wheeling, IL whom is looking to add to their CNC Lathes department. T his position would be working on the 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) with the pay rate based off experience & interview between $27.00-$33.00 per hour starting.

Job Functions:

• The responsibility of the CNC Machinist will be to perform setups of CNC Mill machines independently.

• With critical expertise, the machinist will be responsible in setting up machines with fanuc controls (G+M Codes)

• Adjusting feeds/speeds on machine and monitoring

• Complete first and final piece inspections on the short run machined products.

Additional Information:

• 1st Shift: M-Fri 7:30am - 4pm (OT available based off demands)

• Pay: $27.00-$33.00/hr staring based off experience & interview

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience of CNC Lathe Machining

• Experience work with tight tolerances = 2nd 10ths / 1/10ths

• Experience following blueprints

• Experience working with Fanuc Controls (G+M Codes)
