Adecco US, Inc. On-Site Director of Sales in Wharton, New Jersey

Adecco Staffing is looking for qualified Director of Sales for one of our clients located in Wharton, NJ. This is a direct hire opportunity!

• Location: On-site in Wharton, NJ.

• Reports to: General Manager.

• On-site Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. (Outside of business hours as needed.)

• Total Monetary Compensation: Base Salary over six figures PLUS Uncapped Commission. Total annual compensation estimated at $145,000 - $155,000 for first 12 months. (YOY sales growth criteria. Commission paid monthly.

Primary Responsibilities - Sales & Management:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals.

• Meet and/or exceed the Company's annual sales and profit objectives.

• Manage and develop the inside Sales Team. Train staff to upsell and to nurture "customers for life."

• Oversee and assist with structuring the Company's sales force, including but not limited to, hiring additional sales personnel, analyzing compensation plans, determining future logistical opportunities, analyzing the organizational chart/culture, and working with team members to vet the Company's business models for enhanced profitability.

• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for the sales organization.

• Utilize Sales Reporting Dashboards in Salesforce. Report on KPIs and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze sales results and aid with forecasting and demand planning.

• Align needed investments / expenses to drive company sales efforts and programs.

• Perform sales administrative duties including but not limited to, answering and making phone calls, emailing, internet research, assisting clients with placing online and custom orders, working with the project management and fabrication teams to successfully transfer projects to the next phase, estimating to provide clients with timely information, preparing contracts and invoices, processing and recording payments, etc.

• Meet weekly with company leadership and sales team to assure executional excellence and continuous improvement.

• Present to leadership and sales team a quarterly plan detailing quarterly objectives, key targets, and strategies to build relationships with those accounts.

• Develop partnerships to support the strategy.

• Actively engage sales team in all sales opportunities uncovered and provide ongoing support to the process with in-person, phone, and email support.

• Assist sales representatives with maintaining & growing relationships, including supporting the negotiation and closing of deals.

• Develop a program to identify and follow-up on A&D leads.

• Identify key influencers and decision makers to drive the awareness and sales of our products in the market.

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic market influencers (architects, engineers, designers, property managers, developers, etc.) This may also include strategic partnership relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years' experience working in an Inbound Sales leadership position.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

• Ability to work quickly and independently, with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to think critically to create hypothesis driven design solutions based on real business problems. • Experience working within an Agile framework.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay Details: $145,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
