Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of our team based in WEXFORD, Pennsylvania, United States. This role is primarily focused on processing Accounts Payable and data entry tasks within the Non-Profit sector. We offer a long term contract employment opportunity that entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of invoice payments.

• Reconciliation of account transactions.

• Conducting regular check runs.

• Efficient handling of accounts payable tasks.

• Coding invoices with appropriate account information.

• Ensuring data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks.

• Working with Oracle and SAP for account management.

• Using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.

• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries. Requirements • Proficient in account reconciliation, with a solid understanding of its principles and methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, approval, and payment processes.

• Ability to perform check runs effectively, ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner.

• Experience in coding invoices, accurately allocating costs to the correct accounts and departments.

• Strong data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in invoice processing, with the ability to handle high volumes of invoices.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions.

• Familiarity with Oracle software, with the ability to navigate through its financial systems.

• Experience in using QuickBooks for financial management and accounting tasks.

• Knowledge of SAP software, with the ability to use its accounting and financial modules.
