West Virginia Employer Office Administrator in Weston, West Virginia

SUMMARY: * General administrative duties: answer phone, receive and process mail, take and deliver messages, coordinate and schedule training for employees, track continuing education hours for staff licensing, regular trips to local bank and post office, etc. * Accounting: AP/AR processing and general bookkeeping duties. * Administrator of Company utilized software to include technical support and training for all employees: Microsoft 365, Connecteam, Adobe, etc. Primary contact for IT troubleshooting and scheduling for tech support, if necessary. * Administrator of Document Management via SharePoint: standard formatting, document version control, annual reviews and routine updates, etc. * Generate Standard Operating Procedures for all duties * Administrative support for coworkers in Compliance and Operations: complete water quality sample bottles following chains of custody, communicate with and schedule backflow clients, etc. * Maintain and promote excellent client and vendor relations * Assist with business development and marketing, to include supervision of website maintenance, social media content creation and posting schedules, etc. * All other general administrative duties as assigned and within the scope of Office Administrator
