Description We are in search of a Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled, to join our team in Weston, Florida. The role will be instrumental in our continued success, focusing on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This is not a remote position and is set within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize proprietary case management system to create and handle customer cases.

• Review customer data for conformity to company protocol.

• Use specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery.

• Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the previously created Digital Bone Models.

• Review anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning for accuracy.

• Upload completed plans to field-based personnel and document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.

• Deliver consistent output by strictly following work instructions.

• Utilize proficient English language skills for effective communication.

• Leverage Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks.

• Achieve individual production targets and contribute to team and department production targets.

• Demonstrate surgical skills in the context of robotic surgery and case management. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service

• Familiarity with planning processes and procedures

• Ability to ensure quality and review production

• Fluency in English language

• Proficient digital communication skills

• Knowledge of various methods in customer service

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites

• Advanced computer skills

• Experience with onsite customer service

• Ability to meet set targets

• Experience in case management

• Knowledge of product replacement procedures

• Familiarity with surgery procedures is a plus

• Willingness to work overtime

• Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language

• Proficiency in SharePoint Administration

• Demonstrated surgical skills
