Cleveland Clinic Program Manager II- Clinical Education and Program Management in Weston, Florida

The Clinical Education Program Manager will manage the implementation and maintenance of designated educational programs. In this role, you will plan, develop, and maintain educational and onboarding procedures for clinical learners. You will also work scheduling multiple learner types and working directly with multiple educational institutions within and outside of the organization. The Program Manager must live in Florida and be able to attend in-person meetings.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am-5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Three years of experience in systems training and project management. Data analysis in health care settings.

  • OR Master's Degree may substitute for one year experience.

  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $27.65

Maximum hourly: $42.17
