Duties: Install, configure, and maintain organization's data communications network and operating systems. Perform system monitoring and verify integrity and availability of systems. Solve complex diagnostic and technical issues involving Accubid Estimating system problems. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve estimating system pricing and labor calculation workflows and communicate resolutions to client. Work with Support Ops team on cloud incident alerts and analyze and Amazon Web Service and Microsoft Azure service container issues. Monitor, track, and document customer support calls and related activities in Salesforce. Use SQL Query, reporting tools, and spreadsheets to examine underlying data. Navigate and troubleshoot client's system using Webex and TeamViewer. Obtain client log files and other troubleshooting material needed for Escalations to Development. Create JIRA tickets with Steps. Develop Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting steps and common solutions to frequent calls for use by customers and peers. Telecommuting is permitted 100%. Position reports to company HQ in Westminster, CO
Requirements: Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in a related occupation. Must include some experience in each of the following: 1) accubid; 2) customer support; and 3) AWS and Azure platforms
