OpTerra Energy Services Project Management Senior - Delivery Manager (Renewables/Con in Westminster, Colorado

What You Can Expect The Project Manager (PM) Senior - Delivery Manager is responsible for providing overall management of a team of Associate Project Managers (APM) to serve as project support to Delivery Project Managers for Renewables Construction and Pre-Construction projects in Wind, Solar, or Battery Storage.

The PM Senior - Delivery Manager will be at Subject Matter Expert level and possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of ENGIE project management applications. The PM Senior - Delivery Manager will support and lead the APM team to ensure Project Managers and their respective projects are organized correctly. Additionally, ensure information is provided in a timely and organized manner using ENGIE project management applications such as ProCore, Coupa, and ION.

The PM Senior - Delivery Manager will serve as the main point of contact (POC) and organizer for each Delivery project's Tax Equity process. They will establish and enforce the standard Tax Equity management process for all Project Managers and Associate Project Managers. Acting as the primary liaison with the Tax Equity group, they will support Delivery PM efforts and ensure proper organization, quality, and timeliness of information.

The PM Senior - Delivery Manager will provide regular, special, and timely progress reports to the Head of Project Delivery and Senior Leadership as neede

Occasionally, the PM Senior - Delivery Manager will assist specific Project Managers and contractors in organizing projects from the Pre-Construction phase through to close-out. They will also coordinate and mentor the on-site Construction Monitoring Team on required submittals into ENGIE Construction Management applications. The PM Senior - Delivery Manager must be adaptable to various renewable project technologies, including Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage

What You'll Bring Goal Of Section:

A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a four-year degree, candidates with a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification will also be con Minimum 10 years of Project Management or related experience in complex construction projects Minimum of three 3 years of onsite construction experience, especially those who have worked on renewable or complex construction projects Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Processes and Sequencing Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Hands on Experience with Tools and Equipment Effective leadership, problem solving skills with a collaborative approach, organizational commitment, and ability to adapt in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy This role requires attendance at a worksiteon an as needed basis Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time U.S. driver's license/clean driving record, for the use of fleet cars, personal, and or hire cars when traveling, to drive to site locations and meeti Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies Must be physically able to conduct site visits and attend project site meetings and walk renewable energy sites for extended periods of time in hot or cold weather conditions to complete job assignments

Compensation Salary Range: $128,400 - $196,765 USD, annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
