We are hiring immediately for a Developer Tools Reliability Engineer to join our team in Westminster, CO.
We enable Maxar development teams to reliably code, store, build, test and deploy services through our developertools running on AWS services. We continuously monitor operational system performance and usage, and continuously refine our tools to reduce complexity, increase reliability, and match timeliness with efficient costs.
In this roleyou will be responsible for supporting developer tools and servicesfor Maxar Development teams including GitHub, GitLab, and Artifactory. You will also play a central role in upgrading, supporting, and optimizingthose tools to create a highly available, resilient, and self-healing platforms, deploying changes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in our AWS accounts. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with the toolsand their implementation, recommending and implementingchanges to enhance, stabilize, and secure those tools.
What you will do day-to-day:
Investigate and contribute to solving various issues in production environments.
Deploy software releases.
Proactively analyze and contribute improvements to support and deployment processes.
Provide collaborative conduit between various technical and non-technical teams.
Work with the development teams to improve system quality.
Build effective monitoring, alerts, and metrics for production services.
Provide configuration management for production applications.
Participate in an on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
1 year of software development or infrastructure engineering experience.
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP or other).
Experience using GitHub, Artifactory, or Vault or equivalent technologies.
Ability to be on call on a rotating basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Linux system admin experience.
Experience using and/or administrating a variety of open source technologies.
Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
Knowledge of OAuth2 use and management.
Familiarity with Agile development processes #LI-MG1
Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate\'s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this posit on is:\$79,000.00 - \$131,000.00 annually.
